Q : I can't find my product, how do ?

We invite you to contact us"Contact" section by clicking here. We will help you find your product and if it is not referenced on our web site, it will then be in the hours that follow.

Q : How do I print my invoice ?

To print your invoice, you need to authenticate in order to access your customer account (top left of this page) : "You identify it" a summary of your account will appear ("My account"), you need to go on "History and details of my orders".
All of your orders are displayed, and you have a column invoice that the invoice corresponding to each order that you can download in PDF format.

Q : How do I change my password ?

Two options are available to you :

Q : I have received a damaged product, how do ?

In a first step, you need to authenticate in order to access your customer account (top left of this page "You identify" a summary of your account will appear ("My account"), you need to go on "History and details of my orders".
All of your orders are displayed, and you have a column "details", select the "details" of the order in question and then go below the orders in full because it is here that will display the details that you have requested.
You will notice that you have the opportunity in this detail to select the items of your order. You must then select the(s) product(s) you wish to return and specify a reason for the return and then click on "Generate a return".
Our Customer Service department will then contact you within 12 hours in order to see with you if you want a product exchange or a refund.
A pre-paid return label will be sent to you and you will not have to bear the costs of returning your product. The product must however be returned in its original packaging and in a cardboard box suitable.

Q : how much are the shipping costs ?

It all depends on the carrier chosen.
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your parcel. The price of the delivery is therefore the most fair possible.
Once your basket is done, you have to go up to the stage of the delivery, and several carriers you will then be offered with the exact rate. Delivery charges for home delivery are offered from 150 €, 180 € TTC (excluding the promotional period). You can also get your products in the warehouse free of charge.

Q : Can we pay in 30 Days ?

The regulations in 30 days are only possible for French government agencies, schools, colleges, universities, schools... For the rest of our customers, the choice is made on a case-by-case basis.

We deliver in metropolitan France, except Corsica, and in the whole of Europe, do not hesitate to contact us if your country does not appear in the list of countries.
Additional costs of transit shall apply for deliveries in Corsica, therefore you need to contact us first before placing your order.
